Our maintenance team is trained to evaluate site conditions during each visit and perform the following services as applicable:

• Mowing of turf areas as needed for healthy growth

• Bed and hard-edge maintenance along landscape and concrete areas

• Blow-down of driveways, walkways, and patios to maintain a clean finish

• Trimming and pruning of shrubs, perennials, and ground cover as conditions require

• General cleanup of landscaped areas during each visit

• Weed control performed as needed

• Hand weeding in beds and detailed areas when necessary

• Leaf removal and debris management based on seasonal conditions
